Parents traveling to and from Panama with children must have apostilled/authenticated birth certificates.
If a single parent is traveling with children, the parent must provide an apostilled/authenticated permission letter from the other parent stating that permission was granted for leaving the country.
If a third party / guardian is traveling with the child or if the child is traveling alone, apostilled/authenticated permission letters from both parents must be provided.
Birth certificates and passports and identification documents must be available. Details surrounding the travel arrangements must be available including travel dates, address of hotel or place where you will be residing, contact information, airline and flight.
