reforestation / forest investor
This visa grants permanent residency through investment. The applicant have two options of investing in forest projects that is authorized by the Ministry of Environment as a forest plantation or reforestation project. The applicant can either invest $100,000 granting 2 year provisional residency and after permanent residency can be requested OR invest $350,000 for automatic permanent residency within the next month to three months (up to six months). $2000 extra per dependent.

Personal history forms completed and signed by the applicant
In case of legal entities, the applicant must be present an affidavit from the company secretary or treasury confirming the ownership of the shares and amount of capital
Certification of the CPA (accountant) detailing the investment amount and accountant must include copy of their ID and registration card.
Certified check for $250 for the National Treasury
Certified check for $800 for the National Immigration Service
Authentic copy of the share certificate issued in favor of the investor or commercial contract with the reforestation company
Copy of the resolution by the Ministry of Environment
Certificate of company registration issued by the Public Registry
Certificate of ownership issued by the Public Registry
Proof of investment showing payment of funds towards the forestry project
Note the project must be maintained for 8 years or more
After permanent residency, annual documentation must be provided so the applicant must take into consideration costs involved with maintenance etc.
