General information, terms and conditions

• Merilana is a registered and licensed coffee shop business in Panama and operates under Panama laws.

• All prices are in US Dollar / Panama Balboa (equal currency) excluding tax (ITBMS)

• All employees have completed their health checks required by law and are in possession of their health cards. 

• All certifications and approvals have been completed and is up to standard including fumigation. 

• Merilana offers a range of specialty grade coffee with a cupping score of 85% offering a rich and flavorful cup of coffee. 100% Panameño. Farmed in the mountains of Veraguas.

• PLEASE NOTE that our products are made with certain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or might not meet special dietary needs - This includes full cream milk and fresh natural milk, eggs, sugar, flour, wheat, nuts, gluten, chocolate etc. Please ask in advance if you have any health requirements.  We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses associated with any health conditions or allergic reactions. 

• We do offer a selection of alternative milks for coffee and tea (skimmed, lactose free, soy)

• We offer various reading books. All books are the property of the company. Please do not remove any books from the premises.

• Our shop is under 24-hour video surveillance 

• We accept card payments (visa/mastercard) 

• Trading hours from Mondays to Saturdays (Closed Sundays) 

• Special opening times and holiday times will be announced on our social media pages
