Above is our general menu, but you will also find other items in store when visiting us from time to time. We might sometimes bake a different type of cake or tart or cookies or try new flavor combinations etc.
We do prepare lots of items ourselves, while a few selected items are ordered from our suppliers as we have limited space and unfortunately cannot produce all items ourselves.
The following items are made by us 99% of time - All rusks, banana/date/gingerbreads, milk tarts, malva puddings, cremora tarts, apple tarts, our large full chocolate chip cookies, our shortbread cookies, our oats crunchies. On occasion we also make lemon tarts, chocolate cakes, quiches and other items.

Merilana offers a range of specialty grade coffee with a cupping score of 85% offering a rich and flavorful cup of coffee. 100% Panameño. Farmed in the mountains of Veraguas.
PLEASE NOTE that our products are made with certain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or might not meet special dietary needs - This includes full cream milk and fresh natural milk, eggs, sugar, flour, wheat, nuts, gluten, chocolate etc. Please ask in advance if you have any health requirements. We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses associated with any health conditions or allergic reactions.
We do offer a selection of alternative milks (skimmed, lactose free, soy)
We offer various reading books. All books are the property of the company. Please do not remove any books from the premises.
