Italian citizens can apply for this visa that grants permanent residency without the need to purchase property or invest large amounts. Dependents can also be included and dependents do not need to be Italian citizens.
Italian passport
Italian ID or birth certificate
Notarized copy of passport

Notarized power of attorney and application
Criminal records recently issued and apostilled
Health certificate issued by Panama doctor
Certified check for $250 for the National Treasury
Personal background declaration form
Document that shows the purpose for establishing your residency (economic activity or employment - Applicant can register a company for this purpose or be employed with a work contract endorsed by the Ministry of Labor for a minimum of $850 per month)
Proof of sufficient finances - Latest bank statements showing more than $5000
In case of dependents:
Letter of responsibility and Repatriation (notarized).
Proof of relationship.
Proof of address.
Over 18 years of age, present a certificate of single status and certified studies.
The cost:
The prices include government and legal fees associated with the residency process as well as government tax.
Does not include any additional services and costs (for example: business registrations, work permits, real estate procedures etc)
